Mr. Rieks Van Klinken (PhD), a Research Scientist from Australia has joined National Plant Protection Centre as a Plant Protection Advisor under the support of the Australian Volunteers for International Development (AVID) Program. He will be working with NPPC for a year and provide support to strengthen the National Pest information and management system.

Mr. Rieks worked as a Research Scientist at Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Researched Organization (CSIRO), Brisbane, Australia. He holds PhD in Ecology (Entomology) from University of Queensland.
