A total of 37 first year students of BSc Agriculture (Pre-service) along with tutor of College of Natural Resources(CNR) visited National Plant Protection Centre (NPPC) today. The Plant Protection is one of the main modules for the B Sc Agriculture course.
The day long program included overall presentation of the Center’s mandates and function followed by the presentation on the different units of NPPC. They also made visits to Pathology and Entomology lab and poly house where research on efficacy of sunrice against Sochum (Potamogeton distinctus) is being conducted.
