Survey findings on Maize Post-harvest System and Post-harvest losses in Chhukha, Dagana and Mongar Dzongkhags

This report describes the survey findings of maize post harvest system and post harvest losses in Chhukha, Dagana and Mongar Dzongkhags carried out as part of Maize TCP project funded by FAO from 2016-2018. Based on the survey findings, a manual has been developed with focus on ” System Approach” that would significantly strengthen the management of maize storage at farmer household level in Bhutan.

Mrs. Yeshey Dema

Mrs. Yeshey Dema joined the civil service on 26th February 1996. She headed the Soil Fertility Unit, NSSC from 2008 till 2013. In 2013, she was transferred to the National Plant Protection Centre as the Program Director. She holds M. Phil in Soil Science from the University of Reading, UK.
