MaX moderation exercise 2016-2017 result discussed

NPPC PD presenting on MaX moderation exercise

The Royal Civil Service Commission has launched the Managing for Excellence (MaX) online system on Feb 15, 2017.  The MaX online system will ensure easy access for monitoring while facilitating discipline in planning and evaluation within the stipulated schedules with enhanced accountability to both the supervisor and supervisee.

Presentation on the results of the Moderation exercise for 2016-17 for NPPC and NSSC staff was presented by the program directors of NPPC and NSSC at NSSC conference hall. As pert of the discussion, staff were brief on procedures and criteria of max moderation exercise.

Mrs. Yeshey Dema

Mrs. Yeshey Dema joined the civil service on 26th February 1996. She headed the Soil Fertility Unit, NSSC from 2008 till 2013. In 2013, she was transferred to the National Plant Protection Centre as the Program Director. She holds M. Phil in Soil Science from the University of Reading, UK.
