The National Plant Protection Centre, Semtokha, DoA, MoAF invites interested and eligible Bhutanese IT firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOl) for Enhancement and Up-gradation of e-pest Surviellance Server. The selection criteria of the firm (qualification criteria and a separate selection criteria) is given in ToR. The Expression of Interest must be sealed and delivered to the National Plant Protection Centre, Semtokha at or before 11:30 AM on 14 February 2020.
