Notice Inviting Expression of Interest for Enhancement and up-gradation of e-pest Surveillance server

The National Plant Protection Centre, Semtokha, DoA, MoAF invites interested and eligible Bhutanese IT firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOl) for Enhancement and Up-gradation of e-pest Surviellance Server. The selection criteria of the firm (qualification criteria and a separate selection criteria) is given in ToR. The Expression of Interest must be sealed and delivered to the National Plant Protection Centre, Semtokha at or before 11:30 AM on 14 February 2020. It will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Mrs. Yeshey Dema

Mrs. Yeshey Dema joined the civil service on 26th February 1996. She headed the Soil Fertility Unit, NSSC from 2008 till 2013. In 2013, she was transferred to the National Plant Protection Centre as the Program Director. She holds M. Phil in Soil Science from the University of Reading, UK.
