The National Plant Protection Centre observed a significant event, “Zero Waste Hour,” for the December month on 8th December, 2023 . The event, led by the Program Director, took place from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and focused on cleaning the surroundings of the office premises. The main objective of the Zero Waste Hour is to raise an awareness about waste management and encourage responsible disposal practices. The Zero Waste Hour event resulted in a noticeable improvement in the cleanliness of the office surroundings. The Management would like to thank all the participants for their diligent observation of the day and looks forward to continued efforts in building a more sustainable future.
